[debian-mysql] New mariadb-10.1 upload approaching

Hello!

The git master branch debian/changelog is open so it is easy for
anybody to send merge requests (or pull request on GitHub). You don't
need to edit the debian/changelog in you patches at all, I'll use
git-dch to generate the changelog from git commit messages before
upload.
