[debian-mysql] Security updates for MySQL 5.6 and 5.7 in unstable

Hi all,

We've prepared security updates for MySQL in unstable (5.6.35 and 5.7.17) for Oracle's January Critical Patch Update, but need sponsorship for the upload.

The source should be ready to go from https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-mysql/mysql.git and https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-mysql/mysql-5.6.git, and the change added by Andreas Beckmann should ensure there's no longer a conflict between the two.
