[debian-mysql] Orphaning the Debian percona-xtrabackup package?

Hi,

discussing here as agreed on IRC:

First of all thanks for your past work on Percona XtraBackup in Debian.

The percona-xtrabackup package in Debian stretch/unstable [1] is still
unchanged from what is in jessie, with no visible maintainer activity
since 2014.

Do the old uploaders or other people from the Debian MySQL Maintainers
want to maintain it again in the future, or would it be better for the
package if it would get orphaned so that other people can adopt it
(with the Debian QA Group taking care of it until then)?

In the short-term, that are three release critical bugs that need fixing
if percona-xtrabackup should not be dropped from the upcoming stretch
release.

Thanks
Adrian
