With mysql-5.6 just gone from stretch, now time has come for more
serious upgrade testing :-) No more distupgrading from mysql-server-5.5
to mysql-server-5.6 :-P

I'll rerun the relevant upgrades in my piuparts instance, let me see
what happens (beyond having no more file overwrites caused by mysql-5.6).
