[debian-mysql] mysql-defaults: unified source package for Debian+Ubuntu

I added an automatic daly build from mysql-defaults/debian/master into
ppa:mysql-ubuntu/debian-mysql-defaults.

Looks like this is working correctly. Thanks! I'll bring Ubuntu into
sync after mysql-defaults is next uploaded to sid.
