[debian-mysql] autopkgtest change due to ab5125eb ('Remove version number from test package names')

This test is correct in the sense that it detects an actual problem,
although sligthly indirectly.

The solution to this I believe is being worked on via
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mariadb-10.0/+bug/1669073
