[debian-mysql] Planning 10.1.22 upload to Stretch

Hello!

I anticipate that 10.1.22 will to be released before Stretch gets
released. I have opened a git entry on the mariadb-10.1 master (future
stretch) branch and plan to fix some issues currently open for MariaDB
in Debian, and later importy 10.1.22, file block exception for release
team and upload to Stretch.

This should be aligned with the goals of the release team, as it is
better to put in the new version + Debian fixes into Stretch at this
point rather than only upload it as a pure (likely) security update to
Stretch with the Debian packaging bug fixes omitted.

Correct me if this logic is wrong.

Given this I feel confident my work is not in vain and I willI now
work further on 10.1 in Debian...
