I think pkgconfig and mysql_config from libmariadbclient-dev should be
specifying -lmariadbclient instead of -lmysqlclient.

I had assumed they were already doing this when I proposed the
libmariadbclient-dev-compat package, as prior to that
libmariadbclient-dev did still ship (and continues to ship)
libmariadbclient.so. So this isn't about the default- and -compat stuff;
just the soname patch inside libmariadbclient-dev I think?
