This sounds reasonable, but there are currently lots of mysql-* packages
missing from stretch.

I can currently only see mysql-common, mysql-sandbox, mysql-utilities,
mysql-workbench{,-data}, mysqltcl, mysqltuner.

there are neither packages for client nor server.
