[debian-mysql] mysql 8.0 branch

Hi Robie,

I uploaded my mysql-8.0 work as I did not wanted to throw all away. Maybe
there would have been someone that might find it useful.
Currently I have no time to work further on it. As your arguments are quite
pressing feel free to delete the branch.
