[debian-mysql] mysql-transitional version in stretch

Hi Andreas,

as the sole goal of mysql-transitional is to prevent upgrades from jessie 
to be left without any mysqld provider installed, I don't think this 
matters much as this applies only to systems without any other package 
depending on default-mysql-server, and not updated for a very long time.

As such I think this is really an edge case we don't have to cover.
