[debian-mysql] mysql-transitional version in stretch

Hi Andreas,
as the sole goal of mysql-transitional is to prevent upgrades from jessie
to be left without any mysqld provider installed, I don't think this
matters much as this applies only to systems without any other package
depending on default-mysql-server, and not updated for a very long time.
As such I think this is really an edge case we don't have to cover.
