Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package left unowned files on
the system after purge, which is a violation of policy 6.8 (or 10.8):
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-maintainerscripts.html#s-removedetails
Filing this as important as having a piuparts clean archive is a release
goal since lenny.
>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):
0m40.2s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks:
/etc/rc0.d/K01mariadb -> ../init.d/mariadb
/etc/rc1.d/K01mariadb -> ../init.d/mariadb
/etc/rc2.d/S01mariadb -> ../init.d/mariadb
/etc/rc3.d/S01mariadb -> ../init.d/mariadb
/etc/rc4.d/S01mariadb -> ../init.d/mariadb
/etc/rc5.d/S01mariadb -> ../init.d/mariadb
/etc/rc6.d/K01mariadb -> ../init.d/mariadb
/etc/systemd/system/mysqld.service -> /lib/systemd/system/mariadb.service
/etc/systemd/system/mysql.service -> /lib/systemd/system/mariadb.service
/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/mariadb.service -> /lib/systemd/system/mariadb.service
Looks like the service was renamed from mysql to mariadb in this release
but not all references in the maintainer scripts have been updated.
cheers,
Andreas
