[debian-mysql] Git layout

Hello Ondrej!

I noticed that you are using a new git layout for mariadb-10.2 and
-10.3. Could we have a quick session on designing these repos so that
they have a unified system?

I am naturally in favor of the old "system".
I documented the layout and its benefits at
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/MySQL/git-layout but I am open to
discussion on the topic if there is a suggestion that has more
benefits
