[debian-mysql] MariaDB 10.1.29-1 build failures

I noticed you solved all the 10.1.x build problems. Great!
What is your take, should some of your solutions be backported to
10.0.x as well?

I have prepared the next upload here

and I have tested how it builds on the architectures available at
Launchpad: https://launchpad.net/~mysql-ubuntu/+archive/ubuntu/mariadb-10.0/+builds?build_text=&build_state=all

However your fixes were to other platforms, and I don't know yet it
MariaDB 10.0.33 builds on all platforms or if it needs the patches you
figured out. Please advice.
