[debian-mysql] Core packages for MySQL/MariaDB

I might just have outdated info (where is the packaging repo for newer 
MariaDB versions?).
I was looking at 
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-10.1/blob/master/debian/mariadb-server-10.1.install, 
and my understanding is that all the _features_ of the server should go 
in the core packages, so it can be used for those wanting a custom 
setup, leaving mostly just all the default config and service setups in 
the regular server package, meaning all the plugins and executables 
should be moved to the -core package.
