[debian-mysql] Reviewing MariaDB bugs filed against 10.1/10.3

Hello Andreas and others!

Thanks Andreas for taking the time recently to close some bugs filed
against mariadb-10.3!
Most of those bugs were filed against the old version a year ago that
and do not apply to the new version packaged by me.

MariaDB 10.3 things are going to be very active this week and I am
glad if you can help out with other things as well. Feel free to open
a merge request on Salsa for whatever change to want to have in the
packaging. I wrote instructions with screenshots at
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/MySQL/patches so it would be as easy as
possible to contribute.

I am also grateful for meta-contributions to the contribution process
itself: the wiki texts, READMEs inside the packaging, gitlab-ci.yml
tweaks to make the testing more extensive and reliable etc.

I promise to be very responsive this week!
