I think you can just drop this patch. The upstream bug claims to have
fixed this in 10.3.1 and the code looks so different now that if any
fixes are needed, the patch would have to be rewritten anyway.

On a related note, I don't work on MIPS porting anymore, so I haven't
been testing anything in MariaDB with MIPS.
