[debian-mysql] Request for help with MariaDB 10.3 / cacti packaging

Of course I did that. But there is no building involved. The autopkgtest
just recursively wgets the web-pages provided by the cacti package.
Cacti is build in php and USES a MariaDB database to store information.

I haven't spotted any relevant change in the web page that triggered the
additional lines in the log.
