[debian-mysql] Bug#863968: Bug#863968: mariadb-client-10.3: fails to upgrade from 'sid' - trying to overwrite /usr/bin/mytop

Seems mytop has been removed from Debian Testing in June 2017 and
there has not been any new uploads in 2 years. De-prioritizing the
removal of mytop from MariaDB due to this reason.

One option would of course be to split mytop into a separate binary
package built from the mariadb-10.3 sources. I would be glad to see
somebody contribute with a fairly simple task like this.
