[debian-mysql] Migration plans for lists.alioth.debian.org

The current list admin is "seanius at debian.org" according to
http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-mysql-maint

I don't know who this is. Presumably it's a maintainer from many years
in the past. According to the deprecation email, if we want to keep the
list we should nominate a list admin and request it.

I'd be happy to do the required admin but I'm not a DD (yet). Could one
of the DDs on this list volunteer to sort out the migration, please?

I believe we're also all in favour for a migration to salsa to host the
VCS, and that Otto is going to create a team there for us. If anyone
disagrees with this, please speak up.
