Hello mysql/mariaDB maintainers

I never reported a bug in Debian so maybe you can guide me to the right
place to report this:

I found out that MariaDB on Buster is about 5 times slower than on
Debian Jessie and it often Breaks the Table.

Tested Systems:
-AMD Ryzen X1800
-INTEL i7-8700K
(with with 16GB or 32GB RAM each, the problem is depending on CPU/RAM)

The task I'm doing is inserting the complete IMDB line by line from CSV
using pythons mysql.connector from APT repository. On Buster after about
1Mio inserted Rows the Table is broken reporting:

ERROR 20xx (HY000) at line X: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

after that i can not even Repair Table with "REAPAIR TABLE
title_basics_tsv" (I used innoDB ENGINE)

You did a great job with Jessie, but the bug in Buster should be
adressed I guess until release date and since i not exactly know where
to report I thought I write this mail to the maintainers...

With kind regards
