[debian-mysql] Dead links to git

Hi Boris,
thank you for this report.

This is true and it's because the alioth.debian.org service is
discontinued (https://anonscm.debian.org/).

Its replacement is a GitLab instance at salsa.debian.org.

I have just posted a message on debian-www at lists.debian.org to ask why
these links are not up to date.
