[debian-mysql] 10.3 MariaDB update?

Any update on this much needed awesome upgrade for those of us who want to test Debian 10.3 to unlock these features? With the first freeze coming up in just a few months, ample testing of 10.3 will do a lot for QA.

Packaging 10.3 is on my TODO, but I have been forced to fix 10.1 issues first.
