Where did you get the /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmysqlclient.so.18 from?
What does 'dpkg -S /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libmysqlclient.so.18' say?

According to https://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=libmysqlclient.so.18&mode=path&suite=stable&arch=any
Debian stable has no such file.
