Should percona-xtrabackup be removed?

- Unmaintained (last maintainer upload in 2014)
- FTBFS with GCC 6 and later (#811896) and #917583
- Missed two stable releases because of that
- Broken with current Mariadb (#903043)
- Replacement exists (mariabackup)
