Hello!

For your information: I have been looking into this weird situation
that mariadb-10.3.13-1 and thus libmariadbclient18 seem to be stuck in
Debian unstable.

$ dak ls libmariadbclient18
libmariadbclient18 | 10.1.38-0+deb9u1 | oldstable  |
libmariadbclient18 | 1:10.3.13-1      | unstable   |

$ dak ls mariadb-10.3
mariadb-10.3 | 1:10.3.13-1   | unstable       | source
mariadb-10.3 | 1:10.3.15-1   | stable         | source
mariadb-10.3 | 1:10.3.15-1   | testing        | source
mariadb-10.3 | 1:10.3.17-1   | unstable       | source
mariadb-10.3 | 1:10.3.17-1   | unstable-debug | source

$ dak rm -nbR --suite=testing libmariadbclient18
Nothing to do.

$ dak rm -nbR --suite=unstable libmariadbclient18
Will remove the following packages from unstable:

libmariadbclient18 | 1:10.3.13-1 | amd64, arm64, armel, armhf, i386,
mips, mips64el, mipsel, ppc64el, s390x

Checking reverse dependencies...
# Broken Depends:
amarok: amarok
dballe: libdballe7
mosquitto-auth-plugin: mosquitto-auth-plugin
mysql++: libmysql++3v5
quickfix: libquickfix16 [i386]
stardict: stardict-tools

I therefore filed bugs against all the ones listed above but Amarok
(since Amarok has a new upload pending anyway this week).

Stardict has already been removed from Debian unstable, but I filed
against it anyway.
