[debian-mysql] Question about aws

Just a question.

The debian package need to be recompile to support (AWS) Key Management
Service (KMS) ?

https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/aws-key-management-encryption-plugin/

If not should i build a new package. Can it be add to official repository ?
