[debian-mysql] MySQL 8.0 status?

My plan is to upload MySQL 8.0 to unstable soon. I'm also confident in
endorsing Lars as a DM now, given how much he has contributed to the
MySQL packaging in recent months (years?!). He just needs to get on with
the process. Hopefully this will help with continued maintenance of
MySQL in Debian unstable.
