[debian-mysql] MariaDB 10.1.38 update pending

Hello!

I've prepared the 10.1.38 update for Stretch in
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-10.1/tree/stretch

There are a couple of git notes made during the past couple of months
about critical fixes that should be shipped in either security or
stable updates.

Does anybody have any opinions on these?
