[debian-mysql] Bug#932289: Please ship "mysql" Alias in the package

Hi,

mariadb-server ships a mariadb.service systemd unit file and a SysV init
script named /etc/init.d/mysql. To align the two names, it uses

[Install]
Alias=mysql.service

This is suboptimal, as only when the service is enabled, that symlink is
created. It would be better, if mariadb-server-10.3 ships a static symlink in package
/lib/systemd/system/mysql.service -> mariadb.service

Take network-manager as an example, where the upstream service file is
named NetworkManager.service and the init script
/etc/init.d/network-manager. It ships the following symlink:

/lib/systemd/system/network-manager.service -> NetworkManager.service
