[debian-mysql] ODBC connector package offer

Hello!

Sorry for not getting back to this correctly. Anyway I did respond to
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=930445 and the
package is now maintained at
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-connector-odbc/commits/master
and has been uploaded to NEW.
