[debian-mysql] Mytop patch - support mutl source replication

Hello,

I've make a quick patch for my mytop, because i have multiple mysql 
replication master.

Main idea is to add 1 line per replication source.
Exemple :

  Replication Master:172.17.96.43 IO:Yes SQL:Yes Delay: 26376 sec.
  Replication Master:172.17.96.44 IO:Yes SQL:Yes Delay: 0 sec.
  Replication Master:172.17.96.45 IO:Yes SQL:Yes Delay: 2 sec.

Is there any chances that this patch will pass in Buster ? (i don't 
think because it's already frozen).

Have you any contact upstream in order to propagate this patch?
