[debian-mysql] Bug#939927: Bug#939927: mariadb-server-10.1 Cannot complete the upgrade package

Previous upgrade (successfull) was mariadb 10.1.38  (16.05.2019)

I have now upgraded Debian from Stretch to Buster (and MariaDB-server 10.3). It solved my problem
