[debian-mysql] Bug#968149: mysql-router-dbgsym, mysql-server-core-8.0-dbgsym: file conflict due to shared build-id

Control: reassign -1 src:mysql-8.0

The BTS doesn't know about -dbgsym packages (see #868539), reassigning 
to the source package.
