Binary movements:

libmysqld-dev is gone in src:mysql-8.0 - this feature is no longer
supported upstream. The other binary packages have direct replacements:

libmysqlclient20 -> libmysqlclient21
s/5.7/8.0/

There's also a new binary package mysql-router.
