[debian-mysql] Bug#976984: Issue in Mroonga build prevents MariaDB from building in a reproducible way

According to https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/diffoscope-results/mariadb-10.5.html
the file ./usr/lib/mysql/plugin/ha_mroonga.so seems to embed some kind
of random version string (build id?) which prevents MariaDB from
offering a reproducible build.

This should be researched and fixed.
