[debian-mysql] Bug#977137: mariadb-server: Mariadb-server kept back on apt upgrade

Dear Maintainer,

I thought / hoped with the correct dependencies (replaces?) apt upgrade could do this upgrade without holding back. Is some dep missing or can't apt upgrade do this yet?
