[debian-mysql] Bug#949726: mariadb-server-10.3: mariadb-server cannot be installed, fails to fetch .deb, 404 Not Found

Dear Maintainer,

I could not install mariadb-server because apt was unable to fetch some
archives. sudo apt-get update was successful, and I don't have any issues
installing other packages.
