[debian-mysql] Bug#933151: mariadb-10.3: FTBFS on riscv64

Hello!

I plan to upload mariadb-10.5 1:10.5.5-2 in a couple of days and I
would be happy to receive merge requests regarding getting riscv64 to
build properly on Debian.
