[debian-mysql] Please upstream your patches in MariaDB

Hello James!

Thanks for your contributions to MariaDB in Debian.

Over the years we have kept carrying many of your patches at
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-10.5/-/tree/master/debian/patches
It would be easier in the long run if these were merged upstream, in
particular when upstream does new atomics tweaks etc.

Could you please help out by submitting your patches upstream?
