[debian-mysql] Bug#972445: mysql-server-8.0: possibly erroneous inclusion of mecab libraries

Dear Maintainer,

using Linux Debian 10, branch unstable, I attempted the installation
of mysql-server by issuing the instruction of

sudo apt-get install mysql-server

Both the preview of the listed dependencies before confirmation of the
installation, as well as checking the list of installed programs after
the installation in synaptic however shows four libraries about Mecab,
a "Japanese morphological analysis system" are included which however
do not appear related and which I did not expect at all.  They account
for about 55MB of the 242MB of diskspace anticipated if installed if
issuing the above installation command.

Expected solution: the installation of package mysql-server should
skip the installation of these four libraries.

In the attached log "installation_notice.txt", the entries in question
are on line #10, highlighted in file "installation_notice.png".
