[debian-mysql] New MariaDB 10.5 and 10.3 for Debian and Ubuntu pending

Hello!

I've prepared new uploads of the latest MariaDB 10.5.12 and 10.3.31
(security updates) for Debian Sid, Debian Buster, Ubuntu Focal, Ubuntu
Groovy and Ubuntu Hirsute.

These new minors fix the following security issues:
    - CVE-2021-2389
    - CVE-2021-2372

Sources in the usual place on Salsa. Pipelines on Salsa passed as did
test builds on Launchpad.

I'll wait for a couple of days and then upload unless somebody has
something they want to have included in this batch of releases for
Debian and Ubuntu.
