[debian-mysql] MariaDB upgrades for Debian/Ubuntu pending: request for review and contribtions

Hello!

I plan to upload 1:10.6.5-2 in a couple of days and I would appreciate
if somebody can review the commits and say if they spot some obvious
mistakes (branch dev-otto, not mainline yet):
