Agreed. We already have a bug to track this.

libmysqlclient-dev is now provided by src:mysql-8.0, so myodbc isn't a
blocker. pytest-services is a blocker, and I filed bug 971670 for that
and marked it as blocking the mysql-5.7 removal bug, but have received
no response.
