[debian-mysql] Bug#981376: mariadb-server-10.3: Conflicting MariaDB instance config

Dear Maintainer,

there seems to be a conflict with the provided systemd service in "mariadb at .service".

The config file used for an instance is specified as "/etc/mysql/conf.d/my%I.cnd".
This collides with the "main" service (mariadb.service), which uses "/etc/mysql/my.cnf", which **includes** "/etc/mysql/conf.d/*".
Any particular configuration for the instance, would also be included in the main service!

Suggestion:
Use "/etc/mysql/my_%i.cnf" as the instance's config file.
