[debian-mysql] Bug#988629: mariadb-10.5: FTBFS on armel: selected processor does not support `isb' in ARM mode

Hello!

Potential armhf FTBFS fix pending at
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-10.5/-/compare/master...bugfix%2F988629-armhf-build-regression

Would somebody have time to help and test build this on armhf? I am
short on time, don't have time to refresh my porter box usage skills.

If not, then I'll just upload this to unstable on Sunday/Monday.

> Can you please try to undo this commit for 10.5.10 on armel and let me know if it compiles? I can then write a cleaner patch for 10.5.11 to enable the "isb" flag only if the processor supports it.
