[debian-mysql] MariaDB upgrades for Debian/Ubuntu pending: request for review and contribtions

Woah Otto,

I didn't know that *you* maintained MariaDB! Holy snickerdoodles, must have
used that package nearly a few thousand times in my work. Looks like all of
the issues have already been detected, namely gpg errors when upgrading
from Buster to Bullseye. Is there a solution to this?
