[debian-mysql] MariaDB 10.6 for Debian packaged

Hello,

No luck with Debian latest container. I cleaned with that 'git clean 
-fdx' and problem seems that last git tag is 'mariadb-10.5.9' so there 
is no 'mariadb-10.6.4' tag in git.
