[debian-mysql] MariaDB 10.9 no longer version suffixed Debian package names (Re: MariaDB 10.6 for Debian packaged)

Hi!

Upstream merged https://github.com/MariaDB/server/pull/1973 a couple
days ago, so from MariaDB 10.9 onwards, the Debian package names are
no longer versioned.

Great work Tuukka! Next we just need to iron out any remaining bugs
and interaction issues.
