[debian-mysql] MariaDB 10.6 upgrades for Debian/Ubuntu pending: request for review and contributions

I have prepared the latest MariaDB 10.6.6 for upload to Debian Sid:

If somebody wants to
- give a general review (=read commits) it would be great
- add some additional fixes that should be included in this upload
